Middaly of 10th November,at the merging classroom of the east campus,Junior High Division convened faculty meeting to implement examination transaction in the mid-term examinations.The meeting was chaired by Deputy Director Mr. Hu Sen,Principal Assistant&Junior Division Director Mr. Ling Qian,Vice Director Mr. Gao Yi,Refectory Director Madam Yu Lihong,Head Chief Mr. Chao,Chief of Staple Foods Mr. Zha as well as the entire faculty members in Junior Divvision.
First of all,Director Yu carried out interaction and debriefed teacher representatives.Afterwards,she gave a brief account of improvement work in terms of tableware hygiene,meal flavor and so on.Moreover,she proceeded responses on issues such as heat preservation in winter,meal quality,design,color and taste.In her speech,Director Yu ultimately emphasized that she would take teachers’ suggestions and proposals seriously,make moves to improve service attitude,boost the level of service to provide well-pleasing repast for teachers and students in aaditon to offer firm logistical support for Anqing Foreign Language School.
Second of all,Director Hu conducted arrangements and deployment rregarding work assignments in the mid-term examination.Then he underlined detailed rules and regulations.Also,he demanded that all teaching staff should pay high attention to the exam task,solemnly put exam discipline into effect,organize examinations in strict accordance with relevant exam systems,execute exam provisions rigorously as well as perform obligation in examination supervising earnestly.Furthermore,Dirctor Hu specially stressed that on the basis of routine management and senior class teaching jobs,all teachers were supposed to abide by the office hours and punch card system.More noticeably,Vice Director Mr. Gao carried through some arragnement plans concerning headteachers’ work.
In conclusion,all participants listened attentively to directors’ speeches,clearly grasped job specification.Last but not the least,Junior Divison conducted various tasks vividly and dramatically in an orderly way.
